Policy for Lead Registration, Application & LOI Verification

1. No Initial Application Fee

Our portal does not charge any upfront fees or registration charges for submitting an initial dealership inquiry form or requesting callback assistance. Monies or deposits are only requested under formal terms following preliminary review and documentation.

2. Onboarding Workflow & Physical Site Visit

Please note that physical site inspections are strictly scheduled after Letter of Intent (LOI) approval and the receipt of any applicable security deposit. Site visits will not be conducted prior to LOI verification.

3. Cancellation of Inquiry

If you have submitted your details and wish to cancel your inquiry or withdraw your application from our database, you may submit a written request to our verification team. Once processed, your information will be archived from active follow-up queues within 48 to 72 working hours.

4. Business Investments & Commitments

Applicants are advised not to enter into binding real estate leases or financial commitments prior to receiving formal LOI approval. We accept no liability for independent expenses incurred if a site is deemed unviable during technical feasibility checks.

5. Third-Party Payments Warning

Important Notice: We do not authorize individual brokers or external agencies to collect money on behalf of this portal. All verified transactions follow official communication channels after formal LOI clearance.

6. Application Rejection

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any application if submitted credentials contain inaccuracies, or if the proposed site fails to meet brand feasibility standards.
